Fitting Healthy Into Your Life, One Recipe At A Time

Fitting healthy into your life should be easy, it should be fun, and it should make you feel great! Stay tuned for some simple recipes of nutritious, delicious meals that you can incorporate into your diet.

One of my very favourite breakies for the busy mornings is my delicious overnight oats, you prepare the night before so you can grab and run until you can sit down and enjoy at work or however you need to fit into your day! This recipe is so delish, simple, nutritious and will keep you full and satisfied until your next meal, And you can chop and change ingredients to suit your taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 mixed berries
7 walnuts

Method:
SImply add all ingredients except berries and wlanuts, in a jar or travel bowl or mug. Mix to combine and leave in the fridge until you are ready to roll. Top with berries and walnuts! And Voila, you have a healthy ready to roll breakie!
